I’m broke and can’t really afford to pay for hosting for another year so I’ve successfully moved my blog to a hosted WordPress.com blog. I’m still trying to figure out how to redirect my Feedburner feed so all 15 of my subscribers don’t have to resubscribe to my new feed. Any suggestions/help are welcome! I’m also working on redirecting vorak.com to vorak.wordpress.com. I changed my nameservers over yesterday but its still not working properly. We’ll see.

As far as I can tell, one can’t upload custom themes to hosted WordPress.com blogs, so I had to sift through all ones they offered. This one is clearly inspired by Twitter, but I like it.

Anyway, maybe I’ll start blogging again. I probably do have a few things to cross off the 101 list.

Unless you read my blog entirely through an RSS reader, you’ve no doubt noticed by now that I made another theme change. My last one looked nice but it was getting old and it lacked a few things I wanted. First of all, I wanted to be able to add my twitter badge and my shared news feed to the side bar and I wanted a theme with widget support. The the old theme was pretty, well… old, and therefore lacked any newer WordPress features, such as widgets. The new theme, however, is fantastic and both the left and right side bar are completely run by widgets. I have my tweets and my shared news feed along the far right and in the middle you’ll find my blogroll and social links, followed by my catagories and archives. I’m even starting to get into the habbit of tagging all my new posts so the tag cloud will also grow as I tag more items.

I’d like some comments to test the new theme out so feel free to let me know what you think of the new layout!
