The Cell Phone Blues

I’ve been juggling back and forth with AT&T and some tech support folk that Berbee has for cell phone support for the last few months to try and get my phone fixed. The data connection hasn’t been working properly, giving an error code and not allowing me to sync anything up (over the air). I finally hammered down with them yesterday evening and got it taken care of. I was able to prove, against their best efforts, that it was an issue on their end and not related to the device.  After three months of no email, Internet, calendar updates or even text messages, all they had to do was update the IMEI number on their end and all is well.
